    You need to be able to create as many autoresponder messages, campaigns and mailing lists as you wish, so that you can retain full control over your marketing.

  3. Reliability
    Can you afford to pay a few bucks less for an unreliable service? What happens if your autoresponder turns out to be unreliable, slow and crashing all the time, losing your mailing lists and wasting your time and time? Choose a premium service that is known for its reliability!

  4. Top-notch Customer Support (toll-free)
    This is very important, even more so if you are just starting out. Ensure that the autoresponder company offers toll-free phone support, so that you can call them and have someone guide you 'by hand' -- if you need it.
